How to Use

Tear open the individual wrapper.

Peel off the adhesive backing.

Place the pad inside your bra (Horizontal for day, Vertical for night).

Care Tip: To prevent bacterial growth, change your pads regularly, especially after a heavy let-down. Always wash your hands before handling breast pads or nursing.
