1. Free Store Pick-Up Service:

FREE Self-collection Service for all of our customers at our warehouse located in Bukit Batok by appointment via WhatsApp-9320-4968.

Please place an order and opt Store-Pick-Up as the delivery option, once the order is completed then send us the DATE & TIME with the Order ID for collection.

We will pack and get the parcel to be ready for you to collect. (*Warehouse Operating Hours 8:30am~2:30pm Monday to Saturday excluding PH)

 

2. Fast, Traceable & Secure Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders as soon as we can once you complete your order. J&T Express is our integrated logistic provider to secure fast delivery service to you with an affordable shipping cost.

For Return/Refund/Exchange: Please return back to us: Homie (HP:93204968), 2022 Bukit Batok St 23#03-154 SG659527 with a note to indicate your order ID & Request. We’ll verify and proceed once we receive the returned in an unused condition, in their original state, and in packaging within 30 days of purchase. *Custom-make item, promotion sale items, and Goods sold at the Baby Fair is not exchangeable or returnable. For any wrong item sent to you, we will provide the correct item and retrieve the incorrect item at our cost.
